Bought a house from out of state in October and Jeremy and Gabby were great. They know the area well, communicate well electronically (which is critical when you’re out of state) and were very helpful in the whole process of buying. We bought new construction and had to buy without being able to do an in person walkthrough. Jeremy was great and did a remote walkthrough with us via FaceTime. He also did a drone video of the property which was really useful for a subdivison perspective. They were both great at setting up convenient meet times with the builder and helping negotiate our many questions for the builder.

Was referred to Jeremy via my VA loan officer and Had no issues throughout the process. They were able to figure out what we were looking for after the first visit. The online listing site they use is easy to navigate, let's you like/maybe/dislike and put down comments why. They were understanding about certain requirements we needed in regards to my GF's son's situation as well, at times asking if specific setups would be an issue. They were able to get answers back to me quickly and were able to get ahold of people when I wasn't able to. All paperwork is populated in one spot and they let you know everytime there's something new for you to complete. Overall a good experience and they both have a fun personality. They also get you thinking about if you actually want the house and are able to do what you hope to with it.
